Meditation, breathing exercises (pranayama), and positive thinking keep the mind calm. Laughing and staying happy also work like medicine. Nowadays, children and young people spend too much time on mobile phones and computers. This reduces physical activity. Children should be encouraged to play sports so that they can develop physically and mentally in the right way. The government and society should also spread awareness about health and fitness. Villages and cities should have playgrounds, gyms, yoga centers, and health camps. In the end, it can be said that health and fitness are invaluable gifts of life.
